We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your service. All the pick ups from hotel were on time, the drivers were very safe and the experiences we had were great. Halong Bay was very beautiful and the tour group Indochine did a nice job. Our Sapa experience also was great. Your company I felt did an excellent job on the entire trip. From pick up at hotel, helping to get on train, the guid for Sapa trek, and return to hotel in Hanoi went like clock work.
