After a warm welcome on arrival, we transfer to hotel in town. In the afternoon, we will have the opportunity to visit the controversial War Remnants Museum, the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Post office.
Enjoy welcome dinner and overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 02: Ho Chi Minh City – Vinh Long (B, L)
Explore the heart of the Mekong Delta on a traditional sampan cruise in Cai Be. Visit floating markets and get a feel for a way of life that has changed little for centuries. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a superb restaurant on the banks of the river before returning back to Ho Chi Minh City for some free time. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 03: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi – Departure (B, L)
In the morning, you will spend a half-day to visit the former Viet Cong guerilla base of the Cu Chi tunnels where will gain an insight of the sacrifices and hardships of the Vietnamese people during the French and American Wars. Return to Sai Gon in the early afternoon then transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
