Thua Thien Hue People's Committees has just approved the urban area, resort Vinconstec- Hue with the total investment to 600 billions Vietnam Dong.

Vinconstec is built in Phu Nhuan Hamlet, Phu Vang Dist, Thua Thien Hue Province by Vietnam Building and Technology Development Company who is the investor.
Vinconstec is built with the total area over 72ha. In which, the specific items of the project including 26ha for building resort; 36ha for the public works, trading service and the remaining 10ha for resettlement and reserve land for development.
expecting, this resort will begin to work with 743 home lots of cities, each lot width of 150m ²; 91 houses embezzlement coastal area from 500 - 1,000 m ²; 53 villas along out of 500 - 700m ². Beside that, Vinconstec also is built four buildings built 5-star hotel and high-grade apartments, seaside resort and resettlement areas.
Investors are responsible for compliance with the arrangement which has been approved by the Thua Thien Hue province, and ensure the completion of works to put into operation in 2017.
